Delete your account
You do not need the app or an active sign-in. Verify the mobile number linked to your customer or Purohit account, and we will start deletion.
Family birth profiles, astrology conversations and ordinary profile data are erased or anonymised. Active bookings, unsettled payments or payouts, refunds, disputes, safety reviews, and records required for tax or applicable law are completed or retained for their required period.
Customer and Purohit accounts are separate. Choose the account type you want deleted and repeat the process for the other account if you have both.
