Cancelling a booking
Plans change. You can cancel from your booking at any time, and the amount coming back to you is shown before you confirm — not after.
- Free cancellation up to 48h before100%
- 50% refund between 24h and 48h before50%
- No refund within 24h of the pooja0%
If we cannot find a Purohit for your ceremony, you are refunded in full and a coordinator calls you. You never have to ask for it.
If your Purohit withdraws, we find another at no cost to you. Your date, time and price do not change. If you would rather not go ahead, that is a full refund whatever the timing.
Fresh items bought on the morning of a ceremony are billed at what they cost. If a ceremony is cancelled before they are bought, there is nothing to charge.
